I stayed here for 4 months while waiting for something more permanent when relocating for a new job. Shawna, GM, was the absolute sweetest, so helpful, and addressed any concerns I had. The room was clean, and my standards for cleanliness is very high. I loved the location because you’re in the middle of everything! I would 5/5 recommend.

It's not a bad place for the money at all. I wasn't expecting much, but I was wrong. Surroundings were very clean and maintained. Customer service super nice and very friendly. We stayed here due to work with our bucket trucks and there was Plenty parking. Room was very clean. They had a small kitchen in them. Think of it as a studio apt. Location was great many things to do at walking distances. Overall I'd give it a 5 star. No complaints here
I feel like the last time i stayed it was cleaner. I'm not sure it was worth the price for an upgraded room. Other than it being on the first floor which i prefer! But i also have not stayed in a "regular" room. The room i toured at intown suites upgraded room oaks village was way nicer. No major complaints

Mrs. Shawna in the office is truly an angel. The room is nice and quaint consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. House keeping does weekly cleanings. Maintenance is on-site so if theres any issues he's right there. There's a laundry room that informs you of your laundry process through bluetooth on your phone. The staff and property alone makes this a top pick. The location allows you to be across the street from several shopping plazas and grocery stores. I just have to once again give Mrs. Shawna her flowers for her extraordinary customer service/ hospitality skills.
I was satisfied. It fit my needs and I love the staff. This wasn't my first stay either. I came back and was treated the same. Shawna was very welcoming and professional
I’ve stayed at many hotels in Dallas, and this one is by far my favorite. Shawna at the front desk—oh my goodness—her attitude was phenomenal! She’s genuine, full of life, and down-to-earth. She made my kids and me feel so welcome. Since I recently moved from out of town, Shawna went above and beyond, giving me helpful information about local schools and even guiding me through the process to get my license. If I’m ever back in Arlington, I’ll definitely stay at InTown Suites again. And the area is fantastic—I absolutely love it! If you’re anywhere near Dallas or Arlington, check out InTown Suites—Shawna will take great care of you.
